not only have people told me that jordin and i resemble each other in the face, we also had the same body type before she started losing weight. she’s the perfect example of a fit, healthy, and CURVY woman!

No cereals (except oatmeal)
No sugar or sweets (fruit only)
Mainly low fat protein & veggies
Some whole grains, beans, legumes, and nuts (sparingly).
My breakfast:
1 whole wheat toast with organic pb&j.
1 glass of homemade papaya smoothie.
